Training and lifestyle habits can maintain and even strengthen brain health by keeping the brain’s complex circuits highly synchronized with a healthy blood supply. At the Center for BrainHealth, we are pioneers in a new field of research that powers brain strength and performance, discovering markers of health, drivers of performance, preventive care protocols and interventions for brain recovery.
